HOW HEADSHOT DAY WORKS
A simple, organized process from start to finish
Before the session
- Existing company headshot guidelines are followed precisely, or the best practices are applied when no guidelines are in place.
- A suitable on-site location is selected to ensure easy access and efficient flow.
- A complete mobile studio setup is provided, requiring nothing from the company.
- An optional employee prep guide is provided if desired.
During the session
- Headshots are captured efficiently, maintaining momentum without feeling rushed
- Employees are guided with relaxed, expert coaching to bring out natural, confident expressions.
After the session
- Either one final image is selected for each employee, or an online gallery of 2–5 images per employee is provided for individual selection, based on the company’s preference.
- All images are professionally retouched and cropped according to company specifications.
- Files are clearly labeled by employee name.
- Images are delivered within 2–7 days, depending on volume.
- The studio space is cleared and cleaned up promptly upon completion of the session.
